About Romain

In 2017, at the age of 19 years old, Romain takes a sabbatical year to dedicate himself to Art. Passionate of Art and wishing to become a professional artist, he aims to attend the school of fine art in Mauritius.

Painter since the age of four, he exhibited for the first time at Atelier Art for all in Phoenix.

Romain works mainly with watercolor, acrylic paint, pastel, charcoal and pen. His first contact with watercolor taught him that working quickly was the best way to create more dynamic and colorful paintings. When he’s not working with watercolor, Romain paints large acrylic portrait with brushes and a knife.
